They work hard in the gym to sculpt and perfect their physiques. Some do it for the chance to get on stage and be declared Ms. Olympia or Ms. International and others do it for their own personal motivations. Whatever the reason, we the fans love them for it. My name is Carmella and I am a IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. I received my pro card at the 1994 Nationals, winning the middle-weight class. I feel this was a great accomplishment because I did it on my first attempt. Bodybuilding was my natural selection because I have a very athletic background. I have studied martial arts and have earned my black belt in Shotokan Karate. I selected Shotokan mainly for its Japanese origins. You see, I am Japanese and African-American. My mother was from Osaka, Japan and my father was from South Carolina. As you probibly guessed, I am a United States Army Brat and proud of it. I am very close with my brothers and sisters and always put family first. I have always been a ham! I have studied ballet, jazz dance, and acting in New York. I have been featured in everything from televison, to print media. You name it and I have done it. I hope you will enjoy this website because I am working hard to make it the best experience for you.
